"It was a decent area, however if they would let customers know that there is a time cut off to check in and a closing time for the lobby, it would be extremely helpful. No where on the website does it tell people you cannot check in after 11pm. It also does not have the hours for the complimentary breakfast anywhere. That information would be helpful to know. "

"Checked in and given a room where someone already occupied. Given 2nd room where do not disturb sign on. Told no more rooms and would refund money. Then front desk found a room unoccupied. When entering the room…smelled moldy. Terrible stains on the floor, and bathroom was moldy. In the bathroom, flirting was soaking wet and covered with many wet dirty towels so could not even enter or use bathroom. Had reservations direct through Wyndham for multiple days, and canceled, and left after the one night. Worst hotel ever. Should be condemned and demolished. I would like a full refund. Thank you. "
