Staff was very friendly and respectful only 1 front desk seemed she was a bit aggravated when asking for help but everyone was great. Very convenient area was able to walk wherever was needed. Wish we had a beachfront view like requested but they do sell quick! Breakfast was great and great hours! Highly recommend this location to families! "

"Loved our balcony overlooking the Riverwalk and the view of the Skyline of Downtown San Antonio. Close to the ticket office and departure to the River cruise boats. The staff was great. The only thing I could come up with that was negative is the elevators were a little slow but they worked fine."
