"The front desk would not give us bottles of water because our Hyatt Status was not high enough. Offered to sell us water from the "H Mart" for $5 a bottle. It's a shame to lose a customer over a .25 bottle of purified water. We won't be going back. Housekeeping was unreliable."

"Front desk staff very helpful cleaning staff not soo helpful didnt speak english... room was ok (talking about the beds) just dirty, filthy, room wasnt vacuumed bathroom floor was dirty like not swept , we had spiderwebs , toilet was not working, ceiling was leaking. Breakfast was ok and kitchen was clean but over all the whole hotel was filthy WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!"

"I chose this property because it was spotlighted on Expedia. Felt affordable but also luxurious judging from the photos. When I arrived, it looked like a ghost town and the woman who checked me in was rude. I requested an early check in because I had an event to get to. My room wasn’t ready (which is understandable) but she seemed to care less about the predicament I was in. An hour later, she issued room keys to at least 5 other guests who also arrived early. "Not everything in Texas is bigger. The rooms are small. No lobby. 8th floor lounge was closed with events, patio closed. Location was close to state building. but the walk required walking past homeless zombi drug addicts. I would stay closer to the river or the other side of the river."

I accidentally booked the wrong day and they went above and beyond to book the correct day when I arrived and get me a refund from Expedia for the wrong date.
