Only one thing I would've liked to see is better lighting in the bathroom mirror, my eyesight needs the extra light to shave . Hotel staff were all great and accommodating, desk personnel were so polite professional. The shuttle driver was great too . I will remember this hotel whenever I stop in San Antonio again . "

"I was staying on the 6th floor, 610 to be exact. The elevator from the lobby wasnt working due to construction. The lovely lady at the counter, started with a J, really pretty, told me where to go. But as everyone knows you listen and sayhsjs uh hu, but your not listening. "
