Very convenient to the CBD and all that Melbourne has to offer, yet far enough out to be relatively quiet. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially when I had an issue with a lost head towel .The hotel is simple in what it offers , clean tidy rooms of a good size but no frills. But that is not a criticism more an observation as for a budget Traveller it is a perfect hotel . Excellent clean hotel in a great location

Great location, and supermarkets nearby, room had everything we needed with kitchen and bathroom. Additional bonus there is a swimming pool, gym and laundry. Only dislike was the room felt dated with the sunset wardrobes, all of the websites show white modern wardrobes.

First time l’ve done self check in at hotel! Surprisingly, went very smoothly! Clean, comfortable & very convenient hotel! In fact, the only time l saw a member of staff is when l checked out! 👍 Didn’t have breakfast or use the bar! I would still recommend this hotel for excellent location!

Fantastic hotel in Melbourne. Great location, clean rooms. Could not thank the staff more for how helpful they were. We arrived from the UK 7am and went to the hotel to just see if we could drop our bags for the day till check in. They luckily had a room already ready and let us just get entry right there and then. We only had 2 days in Melbourne so the ability to be able to rest for a bit and refresh really made our trip. Thank you so much!!

Good hotel in great location. Close to Southern Cross Station, trams & sights. Pretty much everything you need will be in this area.

Everything was perfect except the charging points for mobile. It was too slow to charge
