This hotel is great and walkable to everything. The rooms were lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the trains nearby. But I guess that’s to be expected on Flinders Street.

Cheap and cheerful place to stay for a weekend in Melbs. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to an emergency, so we didn't get to have the full experience. Would definitely stay again another time.

Well, the room we recieved was tiny and not like the photos at all. I truly believe there is much nicer & safer options for the same price elsewhere. Firstly, the staff were nice but they had no spacial awareness of what was around the hotel and no recommendations on what we could do. I even asked multiple different staff members to which i recieved "im not sure". Secondly, the elevators were disgusting, as a cleaner myself it looks like the doors havent been wiped over in literal years. The room was kept tidy but housekeeping only visited once on a four day stay, i did have to call for more towels. Thirdly, how they still allow the pool area to still be accessible to the public is beyond me. The tiles have lifted in the bottom of the pool and the hot tub which not only makes it look like crap but is extremely unsafe which we fell victim too - my partner had 4 holes put in his bather shorts by the seat of the hot tub and i received a 4cm cut on the back of my legs from the ungrouted and loose tiles, when leaving the area we discovered a trail of blood leading back to the elevator which i would assume was caused by a similar incident. I was dumbfounded on how it is still open and accessible for use in that condition and any money would bet it would be closed instantly if a OSH representative was to visit. Overall my experience was terrible, the only pro to this hotel is the area as its close to the CBD & Southbank but if youre looking for a hotel for comfort this isnt it!!!

It's located near free tram stop and walkable to southern part of CBD, like exhibition centre, south bank area. Staffs at reception were all friendly and efficient. The building is a bit outdated, especially the shower/bathroom tub. Better cleaness requires for bedding sheets and pillow cases. Some awkward smell on pillow and wardrobe.
