The only suggestion is on the desk leave a pamphlet outlining how to get to (what is near/things to do) shopping centre, chemist, arcade, food area etc. also, a small sticker stating how to connect to the internet on desk or on the menu sheet."

I found the pillows to be a little too low/soft, too high with 2 pillows, it was otherwise great. the carpet in the hallway could do with a re pull as it has bumps all over and could be a tripping hazard. This was not the case on other floors so they coud be updating the carpet. "
