Although they didn't read my pre-stay requests, they pleasantly fixed all for us; one of the requests was to have a garden view, and they changed the room for us without a fuss. The 25m-pool/saunas/gym area is beautiful and comfortable. Loved the clean feeling. The entrance staff was also nice and helpful. We would love to come back.

Great location within a short walk to the top of the city. Beautiful hotel, great size bath in the king room. Breakfast was fantastic too with so many choices. We had a slight disappointment with our room being double booked, we were offered another room and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. I had to follow up multiple times for the bottle of wine which took over 3 hrs to be delivered to our room, a little too late to be able to give this experience the best rating.

What a disappointment, I’ve stayed at the grand and park and the park Hyatt staff can take a few lessons from the grand Hyatt. Service was terrible, waited an hour and a half for room service breakfast, restaurant isn’t open on sundays and Monday and the staff couldn’t be bothered dealing with you. I won’t be staying here again, I’ll stick to the grand Hyatt.
