Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

10/10 Excellent

"We LOVED our stay at dockside! The staff were all amazing, the pool was huge and the shuttles to and from the parks were super convenient. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom rooms and it was so nice to have the extra space and table to eat at since we stayed a full week. We definitely plan to stay here again!"

"This building needs some serious TLC!! Very dated and falling apart. Main elevator was broken. Secondary elevator looked and felt like it was going to breakdown any second. TV wasn't working in one room, front desk said they would send someone up to fix it, but no one ever came. Super uncomfortable mattress that looked and felt like it hadn't been replaced in 20 years. Stains all over it, dipped down drastically in the center, squeaky when getting in/out or rolling over. Comforter was also stained and yellowed. One side of the bathroom vanity was hanging off the wall. Shower heads crusted over with hard water deposit, making the water spray every which direction. Filth on doors and walls. Cigarette smoke odor in one room. Paper thin walls, could hear EVERYTHING from the bathroom next door and was privy to all their conversations. The only positives I can come up with is that there was decent shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the rooms, and the shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel was very friendly. Not that this is fault of the hotel, but to make matters worse there were people hollering in the hallway from about 10:30pm-12am. Just goes to show what kind of clientele this sorry excuse of a hotel attracts. Was happy they offered continental breakfast, but it was the most pathetic one I've seen. Eggs, crumbled sausage, toast, yogurt, 2 cereals, and waffle maker, that's it... I asked if there was anywhere I could fill up my water bottle. I was told no, th"

"I want to thank everyone at this hotel since check in until check out. I was celebrating my birthday, and I had a great time. The food was good, service nice. Also I had some problem at the room and immediately Jesus and Guillermo very nice persons came, friendly and kind. The only bad thing that happens was in the pool with one of the bartender they didn’t want to give us ice, I report it with the supervisor of food and beverage very kind I forgot his name and he understood the problem and toke care of it. A feedback from the rooms the floor should be change they are old. The people at the pool very nice too. Overall it was great we will be back for sure"
