"Stayed at the water park great for the grandkids, room was nice but the bedroom door got stuck."

After I asked about it, staff made me go up to the bar to order my food for a following visit. Bedroom - bed is very hard and creaks loudly with the slightest movement. Lighting too dark in room to read. Housekeeping did not stick to schedule and entered room when I was in my pajamas - didn’t give me time to respond. Bathroom - not enough space to put things, no towel racks. On reviews - they try to entice customers to give good reviews by getting a prize at the hotel for a review. "

"They tried to charge for parking when that clearly was not in the Expedia listing. They did end up removing the charge but that argument was right after arriving from a long drive and it set a bad tone for the vacation. "

"We were put in the old room which needs updating. I asked to change my room to a renovated room which was way better for a small fee. I would suggest giving the guest a choice before just putting them in an old room."
