Villa Italia is a great place to stay in South Beach, really close to everything, the beach, bars, restaurants, public transport but also really peaceful, the garden was a welcome area to relax in, the rooms were spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and cool in the Miami heat, good to have a safe and fridge in the room too as well as the use of a well equipped communal kitchen area, the staff were very friendly and the hosts were very quick to respond when needed

We stayed for the first time this week for 3 nights. It was so peaceful and relaxing and not too busy. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming, which made it even nicer. The pools were clean and relaxing. The beach access was literally out the door. A few hours after arrival I received a text asking if we needed anything else, so I asked for another towel and to unlock the safe. Someone came to the room within 10 mins to get it sorted! Very helpful staff

Excellent location for the adjacent Sawgrass Mills shopping centre, and also a convenient walk to Amerant Bank Arena. Reception staff very helpful, room a decent size with a very useful fridge (believe all rooms have a fridge). Nice and clean. Plenty of restaurants within a very short walk

We really enjoyed our stay at this Miami hotel! It’s a lovely place with nice, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was great, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami. We would happily stay here again!

Check in was nice and easy. The bed was very comfortable and had the best nights sleep. The A/C was pretty noisy but could not fault the room/hotel. The breakfast was cooked to order and would have been $32 for what we ordered but had pre booked and cost us just $9.26 for two people. Next-door to shopping complex and restaurants would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The lady on check in was friendly and check in was quick and easy. The property is lovely! Well maintained rooms, we had a 2 bed which was perfect for us, our first night we ordered in and the small kitchen area has everything you would need and more! Amazing stay. Really enjoyed my stay at Casitas. Travelled from London with my Mother, for a relaxing, chilled vaccay & we got just that staying here. We got a suite, it was clean, well maintained.
