"The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but the check-in process was a bit complicated. It took at least half an hour just to get settled in. They couldn't find my info at the front desk, so it ended up being a whole ordeal. Navigating the way from the parking lot to the room was a bit confusing. If these issues are addressed, I’m sure the business will do even better in the future "
