"This hotel is amazing no matter which room you stay in. If you have a chance to stay in a Waterview room, I recommend it. The views are unbeatable. The rooms are so spacious. The gym is unmatched for a hotel gym. The pool is large. The hotel feels secure because you actually need to use your key to go to the right floor. "

We got moved to a new room and that room was just as dirty and more outlets and lights were not working in the room. Not all the staff was helpful in this matter. Some staff members were helpful and told us one thing In terms of compensation and the rest of the stuff, we’re not friendly about it. Did not enjoy my experience with the rooms at this resort but the rest of amenities were good"
