Wonderful resort yet with intimate, boutique spaces. High quality throughout from the valet to the pool to front desk to exquisite food and service. Love love love this place

Absolutely superb from the moment we arrived! Outstanding accommodation, staff and location. We were blown away by our whole experience at this truly stunning venue. We will definitely return and already look forward to doing so.

Great hotel in Key Largo very close to John Pennekamp state park. Good pool and beach area. Would stay again of in the area.

This place is lovely. The staff are great and the room is gorgeous especially the rooms with a view of the private beach. My husband and I spent at least two hours every day in the water on the beach. It was so quiet. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for an additional 2 nights, so stayed for 4 nights total. Lots of great places to eat nearby too. You must try Hogsnappers restaurant, it is amazing. One niggle, beach is supposed to be for hotel guests only. People parking on the marina...

Wonderful resort for a family. We will be back!

Up market hotel, with ocean view rooms in the beach club section. Lots of swimming pools and am excellent choice of restaurants in the harbour side section of the hotel. A water taxi and a shuttle bus service is available between the two parts of the hotel.

It was great to be back to one of our favourite places… this time however, the hotel was overwhelmed by events , birthdays and wedding ceremonies. Pool was packed and pool team very unhelpful when trying to get a lounger … only if you paid extra as a guest!! Sad … as this hotel is really good but appears to now be the destination for privileged party young children. … no longer a hotel to rest unfortunately x

The stay exceeds our expectations. The view of full bay and Miami Beach was amazing!! The valet was super quick, the Starbucks very convenient in the lobby! The reception was a little confusing as you have to use different lift to all condos but it was well explained so not a big issue. The 2 bed condo we had was amazing, super specious, great walk in closets, big bathrooms and big bedrooms with all 3 rooms having access to the balcony!
