Definitely recommend this lovely hotel with very pleasant staff and excellent location with beautiful views.

This B&B/restaurant is fantastic and I can not fault it at all! The rooms are spacious, clean,warm and comfortable with plenty of free tea/coffee. Andy who initially greeted me was pleasant and helpful, as I left before breakfast was served the following day he arranged for a packed breakfast to be made for me! this has not happened for me before at other hotels. Great newly refurbished room. Fabulous new bathroom and room decor. Thoughtful additions in room like a table mirror to do make up.

Nice, well located hotel. A free upgrade on arrival was a nice touch. The only issue was with the lifts, one of which had been awaiting repair for more than two weeks i was told resulting in long waits at breakfast times and on occasion in the evenings. I was on the 6th floor so didnt take the stairs all the time...

Modern hotel on the outskirts of Cardiff next to a lake and a retail park. Rooms were basic but clean and the staff were polite and helpful. Good pub quality food and fair selection of drinks. Free parking for guests. Very good value for money and for what we required, a cheap overnight stopover, it was ideal.

You felt welcomed as soon as you walked through the doors, staff were really friendly and helpful when we needed to drop our bags off as we got to the hotel too early.

Old style seaside hotel with very pleasant staff

Fantastic overnight stay. Made to feel very welcome upon arrival by the owner who then took us to a great vantage point to take in the stunning views whilst giving us a brief bit of background history surrounding the building. We took our dog who was welcomed greatly. The staff on site were pleasant and polite and on hand to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was great. Can't wait to return later on in the year.

Me, my partner and daughter loved this place so much! Such an attentive host and the breakfast was lovely. Room was gorgeous and so quiet, perfect place to rest our heads. Would recommend to everyone

Excellent place,in the middle of nowhere but easy access to town and coast. Simon the owner could not do enough for us. We took our pup and who was welcome everywhere.would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean, lots of parking, restraunt food was very good, breakfast was also very good

We booked The Parkway for two nights as we were coming to Wales for a family party which was being held there. We have stayed there before, a long time ago and visited on various other occasions. We were impress by the helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness. I couldn't fault it in any way. Our breakfast was among the best we have had anywhere. The bed was a bit hard, but that is a matter of personal taste. I loved the dragon mugs in the bedroom and bought three!
