"Great hotel — we only stayed one night for the rugby. It’s literally a two-minute walk from the stadium. The hotel itself was fantastic. The bar and restaurant were extremely busy after the game, so we couldn’t really enjoy them, but there are plenty of other options around Cardiff. "

"Warm welcome from reception staff upon arrival. We did not use the bar or restaurant area. Overall the property is in a ‘tired’ condition. One of the lifts was out of use throughout our stay and there was a broken window in our room which had been taped up. A refurbishment programme is needed to bring the hotel up to the standard expected for the price paid. "

"Very convenient for stay before morning flight.. evening meal was excellent.. friendly staff. You can be dropped off in the hotel car park with no charge if you are staying at the hotel… for up to an hour… unfortunately the notice stating this is not in your direct view when you put the ticket in the machine… you have to get the ticket validated at reception!!! So for a drop off… lasting 3 minutes.. we paid £30!!!! This is not the fault of the hotel… the car park is managed by the Airport! The receptionist advised us to contact the airport parking.. & was very sorry that he couldn’t help… We should have asked at reception before we put the ticket in the machine… our fault… 🙈"
