"Lovely hotel, very clean, I didn’t eat so can comment on food. If there was something other than Sunday lunch available we may have. Spa was lovely however the time restrictions were quite poor. I decided not to pay for breakfast as i felt it was too expensive, i was unable to get a coffee in the morning again disappointing. "

"Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in Cardiff Bay. All staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the hand soap in the en suite bathroom. It smelled so disgusting, I had to wash my hands again with my own toiletries."

"I think the staff were second to none and were fantastic. Was taking my daughter to see Pink and they were so lovely to her. The bed and pillows were comfy and the breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Only negative was the room was facing queen street and i was woken up very early with them cleaning the street. Also, there was next to no shower gel in the room. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay. "
