"The property was in a very good location, less than a 10 min walk to the centre and to the castle (we had come to attend a music event) it was lovely to be so close. The only downside was there was no opening window, it was a sealed unit. The weather is no fault of the owners and though they had provided a fan the room was uncomfortably hot."

"I would highly recommend this place. The location is excellent. Itโs a quiet neighborhood, yet everything is within walking distance. You donโt compromise living space for location. "The staff were really helpful, the check in process was very quick and smooth, as was check out. The lobby area had been recently refurbished and looked very nice. The room that I stayed in was recently refurbished, which I appreciated, though there were a couple of small details like a very rusty shaving mirror (it wasn't needed, as the upgraded mirror was excellent, so it could have been removed and the tile replaced) and a chair with obvious stains. The room was otherwise clean and tidy, so it was a little bit of a shame. I appreciated having breakfast as an option with the room, I also appreciated that the staff were in so early on a Sunday (I needed to be out early, so I took advantage of the early start). The food and coffee were great, with lots of options."

"Mostly great, however with a couple of very big caveats! ...... Room was lovely, parking convenient, food good, bathroom very nice and staff helpful. the caveats? When we checked in, the car park booking had not been communicated to the car pack. We were also allocated a room with a double bed (we booked a king), and more alarmingly when we went to the room we were allocated, there was someone already checked in there - their luggage was in the room, although fortunately they were not there. This is a big security no-no! This should not happen! They said "oh sorry, we will give you another room", but this is bad. What if there was a single woman on her own in the room?"
