"Room was great. Restaurant was great for breakfast and excellent for a Spanish dinner.
The only issue we had was some outside noise. This was nothing to do with the hotel but part and parcel of the inner city location."

"Very clean tidy room and staff were very friendly. Bonus was the kitchen Breakfast was a little sparse no sausages ! Overall very good stay would recommend to travellers"

"Mostly great, however with a couple of very big caveats! ...... Room was lovely, parking convenient, food good, bathroom very nice and staff helpful. the caveats? When we checked in, the car park booking had not been communicated to the car pack. We were also allocated a room with a double bed (we booked a king), and more alarmingly when we went to the room we were allocated, there was someone already checked in there - their luggage was in the room, although fortunately they were not there. This is a big security no-no! This should not happen! They said "oh sorry, we will give you another room", but this is bad. What if there was a single woman on her own in the room?"
"Easy to book. Easy parking. Room was lovely. Property is a little dark on the inside, due to the amount of dark wood used, but understand the reason as the history of the building. Great access to Cardiff bay. Lovely breakfast.
Would definitely consider booking here again."
"This was a last minute booking. I was expecting a budget experience but this hotel exceeded expectations. Staff were very helpful, room was spacious and very comfortable. Very good value for a one night stay in the bay. I will return and recommend"
"We were put into an accessible room, which was not required. no sockets by the bed, only at the opposite end of the room.
Other than that, it was lovely, with great facilities."
"Bernadette at the reception was very helpful and professional. Even the staff in the carpark as well as the male staff doing the maintenance at the lift lobby were very friendly. The bathroom was sparkling clean, no complaints at all."
