"Main thing was just a little upset to turn up and hear about the temp closure of the pool. After travelling from interstate and being so excited abou using the pool area we were terribly upset when told on check in it would be closed for our whole stay, as we would have booked elsewhere had we have known this was the case."

"Room was messy, shower drains full of hair. Only there for one night didn't use kitchen and H Luxury have charge us $600 for an broken cooktop, we went out for dinner and breakfast and did not use the cooking facilities. we were notified five days after we checked out of the broken cooktop with a picture, a picture that was not date stamped. Tried contacting them and the provided was just the front who were not able to discuss this matter, no reply back via email, but they have taken the $600 out of our account. Very disappointed do not stay here a very distressing experience. Also take note they will ask for a copy of your Driver's Licence and Credit card to sent to them via chat function (not a secure network)"

"We had a two bedroom ocean suite with an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Unfortunately the windows were quite dirty so couldn't see really clearly. The window washing was about to start though so a timing thing. The rooms and beds were comfortable enough. The lounge wasn't very comfortable though."

"Rooms were filthy (floors, shower/bath, used condoms and tissues under the bed. Shower wouldn’t convert to one or the other only both at the same time so there was no water pressure. Coffee cups were not cleaned and replaced and milk was also not replace for the next day. Bed light wasn’t working. Tv wouldn’t work properly and remote was not working. Drain in the bathroom floor was sharp and dangerous and my partner sliced his toe open on it twice. Bath mat not replaced so had no bath mat. Aircon wouldn’t work properly and the toilet cistern wouldn’t stop flushing/running. We had complained however they said the manager wasn’t there and to go online and fill out complaint form. We request a full refund please and if possible a few nights covered by the hotel to replace the horrible experience we had this weekend with our stay and bare essentials let alone in a hotel we paid good money for and as compensation for my partners injuries to his foot/toes, removing the opportunity to take this complaint further. Upon departing we spoke to other guests that said a few people have had similar issues and would not recommend your hotel and were going to give the hotel a bad review. We do not wish to do that however we will if we cannot be compensated as requested above please."

"Room was large and clean. Everything that was listed and we needed. Facilities (pools, cafes, games room etc) were amazing. It rained all weekend but the property had plenty of things we could do still and it was really nice. "

"My first time experience, simple online booking, super helpful, professional & friendly service from the front desk on arrival. Drop box checkout. ‘Partial beach view’ was better than expected! Clean room. Delicious but limited late night Room Service menu. Quiet hallways. Tap your payment card to gain first entry into parking garage. Looking forward to my next visit!"
