It’s a good place if you’re not planning on spending too much time in the hotel . The walk to cavil ave wasn’t too far . The hotel tv only has antenna options example ; no Netflix or streaming services. The view was great. I did have some poor customer service experiences here and there but over all I’d rate the 3.5/5 starts :)

Service was not good at all. The restaurants were constantly understaffed so there were extended waits even to be seated. Room service was overpriced, took too long to be prepared, and very low quality. Television service was limited with no option to cast to the tv in the room.

Excellent hotel conveniently located right beside g-stop. Plenty of dining options both onsite & in the area. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of variety. Staff friendly & welcoming.

Recently stayed at the property with a 1 and 3 year old and they had a great time and especially loved the indoor play area in the lobby. Mum and dad loved unwinding and watching live sports in the cafe/bar area. Restaurants, massage and shopping at your doorstep and a short walk to the beach. Breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff catered to our allergies both there and in the restaurant. The staff are so lovely and helpful and with the tram and your doorstep it’s makes for an easy, stress free, enjoyable holiday. Some of the hotel is a little dated but it feels clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend

The VOCO property lacked uniqueness. Despite booking it because it was part of the IHG group, I was disappointed by the room quality—it felt like an ordinary hotel with subpar toilets. Additionally, the breakfast service struggled to handle the large crowd, but I don’t blame the staff; they did their best given the limited resources. We even had to wait in line for 15-20 minutes to enter the restaurant due to a tourist group from India and China.” There was no re-felling for some of the items. Overall VOCO is not stay worthy
