I stayed in this hotel for three times over last five years and this time was the most unpleasant experience. The check in was delayed and with no communication between the reception team and we would need to regularly contact them to confirm. The reception team, I believe she’s the in charge(not the one that helped us to check in), with really unprofessional attitude and manner. Also I booked the stays with breakfast, and when we walked in and you would be unseen and looked like you were invisible.
