Lovely outlook, there is a lot of construction in the area. Rooms are very tired and need an update. Bathrooms are the same as they were over 30 years ago
The property was immaculate and the staff were very helpful on the whole. The breakfast was a bit lacklustre compared to what it has been previously. Coffee took over 30 mins to arrive after being ordered at breakfast and the pancakes were inedible and had to be requested by the kids.

Overall our family enjoyed our stay. The kitchen & wait staff were exceptional— buffet breakfast was full of great options & delicious. The pool was lovely & poolside staff were friendly & hospitable.
We have a few complaints unfortunately. Firstly, the ibises are very intrusive which made it unpleasant to eat poolside. Our lunch, albeit covering it with the lid, was taken by swooping ibises (which the wait-staff kindly replaced) but this made us hesitant to buy food & eat poolside. The poolside shower was quite dirty. We couldn’t enjoy the TV at night because the wifi is too slow for chrome-cast which is the only option for streaming (movies were constantly buffering & disconnecting). We weren’t able to use the poolside ordering QR code even though we had location/privacy services enabled. We were disappointed with the games room which was mostly pay-to-play, the table tennis rackets were damaged & the table-hockey took our coins but did not release any pucks, so the kids were unable to use this. I think it might be better to have some board & card games available, or activities for families to do together. The water pressure from the shower was low & exhaust in the bathroom doesn’t work well. There aren’t drying facilities available aside from a retractable clothes line in the bathroom but without ventilation it isn’t helpful.
We would stay again for the staff & location but I think some facilities need to be improved to make it more enjoyable— especially for families.
We really enjoyed the location. The resort was beautiful and right on the water. Lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall a really lovely stay. The rooms are a bit older but they were clean and a bit larger than a standard room. The bathtub was gigantic which was really fun for the kids. Close to Sea World and a short drive to shopping. Highly recommend
Ideal break from travelling to recharge & relax. Amazing - highly recommend

We did not use any of the amenities or eat in the hotel as it was expensive. I was disgusted on arrival to our room to find a large clump of hair on the floor, a hair on the sink and hair on the carpet. It was very disappointing. The rooms are old and tired now. The bathrooms are old. Good shower. Lots of lovely big towels. Good mini bar and tea and coffee with plenty of milk. Noises air con

Everything went fine over the weekend. We only had one small blip over breakfast. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids - giving our kids age of 14 when we booked. When we went to breakfast, the breakfast staff said breakfast was only including kids, which is 12 years and under. We were always clear on the kid's ages so I'm not sure why they weren't included in the 'breakfast included' option. Very confusing. This should be made very clear when booking as the breakfasts at the hotel is very expensive - over $50 a person!
We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was extremely small, old, and not cleaned properly. It felt dirty, and it was clear that the hotel is not being well maintained. The entire property looked outdated, and it seemed like no one was taking proper care of it.
Considering how much we paid, it was definitely not worth the money. The breakfast was good, but the menu was exactly the same every day, with no variety. Our son was excited to use the swimming pool, but it was so dirty that we didn't feel it was safe for him to swim.
Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and we would not stay here again.
Charging $650 a night for this is daylight robbery.
Don’t waste your money here there are much better places to stay at.
Room , spa bath, breakfast buffet, they were all very good thank you

Buffet was great. Beds were okay but could be better. Beds small size queen. Not enough towels in room. Booked 2 adult and 2 children, with only 2 towels. Room was a little small. Okay for 2 night stay. Would be cramped if staying longer. Housekeeping very slow providing extra towels. Room was 7/10 clean feeling.
Rooms were very spacious, perfect breakfast, lovely staff. Pool facility was basic woth some tiles needing repair. The lifts location was very far from lobby.
Superb presentation and great staff. Only issue was only 1 person on desk at checkout time on Sunday- queue was 5 deep.

I had no issue with the property as we didn't stay there. We tried to book the property via the Hotel website for a date in June but there was no availability. However, the web site said that rooms were available via Expedia. I clicked on the link assuming that the dates we had already selected would carry accross. We booked a room in the Hotel through Expedia. We received a confirmation email and noted that the date booked was that day not the June date. We tried to call the number shown on the Expedia email and the recording said that the number didn't exist. We then called the Hotel and cancelled the booking for that night and they said they would contact Expedia. We received an email advising that the reservation falls within the cancellation penalty window. We were assured that our concern had been forwarded, and they would assist us in ensuring the cancellation is processed that same day. We have not heard anything since and despite cancelling immediately we paid the full fare for the room.
It’s beautiful resort with great location and views
The rooms had a lot of dust ,the bathroom hand basin poor draining very slow can’t wash very annoying , after back from town saw a cockroach on our fridge area,
Swimming pool is not heated my boys were cold as reading on google it says heated pools which is not true.
The Sheraton was wonderful, I loved the layout, walking over water to get to various places, such as pool, beach or dinning. The gym for me was amazing, equipment modern and looked brand new. We had a small issue with our shower pressure 3 days in, this was attended to very promptly and we were given cards to another room in case we wanted to shower. The food was impressive, we shared a seafood tower. My husband says the best seafood tower he has eaten. We will be back next year.
