"I checked in went to the room, went back to reception and told them I couldn’t stay as the room was horrible, they said they would return my money but I need to contact Expedia to inform them and have my money returned. Do not stay here, don’t waste your money."

"Despite selecting pay at property we were harassed with the threat to cancel the booking for full payment 1 month prior to check in. No in person communication at all. Stove top was smashed and range hood extremely fragile. They did supply a portable plug in hot plate. No iron but 2 ironing boards. Walk in robe was cluttered with a baby walker and sand toys. We were not notified of scheduled maintenance which meant ropes banging on the windows at 2am each morning and men hanging outside the windows from 6am with loud music each day. Location is great. Overall disappointing."
