"The room is very tired and there was visible mold throughout the bathroom including the sink, shower and floor. BLEACH would kill this. Floor carpet dirty and our door was left open all day after cleaners attended."

Highly recommend this hotel if wanting to stay in Surfers close to the nightlife, beach, eateries and entertainment"

"I had a city view room and it was wonderful. Comfy bed, large towels, good air con (would be nice if we could switch it to quiet mode). Staff were great and the food at Stingray and Yamogen was phenomenal. "
