Good view from the balcony but quite noisy with construction going on next door. The facilities at the property were well maintained. A nice pool, spa and BBQ area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, one block to the beach and a 5-10 minute walk to the main drag of Surfers."

"Was at The Langham for a 3 day conference. Everything was excellent. However, was not exemplary in that in room coffee machine did not work and was replaced after a period of time. On one day room had started to be serviced but team had failed to replace towels and had left a cleaning cloth were towels should have been."
