Blown away with the size of it! We got a free upgrade on arrival (probably due to staying in a couple of Meriton hotels on our trip). Our room was the full length of the block with a balcony on either side. Had its on chill out room as well as living area, dining area and kitchen. 3 TVs for the 2 of us and enough space to swing a herd of cats. Great place and would definitely stay again

Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and a welcome drink, checking went smoothly and we were in our wonderful room in no time.
All the staff were helpful during our stay and we enjoyed the extensive and delicious breakfast, cocktails by the lagoon and dinner in the relaxed bar.

Dishwasher had been left full of dirty plates, that had obviously been sat for a number of day's as they stunk. Bedding in one of the rooms had be soiled by some form of local reptile so housekeeping hadn't checked very well.
Reported issues with hotel reception on checking out (Only booked a 1 night stay) but never received any response despite being promised this would happen.
