Had a great 2-night stay at South Place. The staff were courteous, attentive and efficient. The room we stayed in was spotless, my only gripe was the bathroom sink which only seemed to dispense scorching or very cold water. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would happily return to this establishment.

Fantastic hotel in London's financial district. Quiet street with a few pubs and restaurants around it (can't say we ever heard noise coming from them) Handy for nipping out for a couple but not going far. Easy to get to via tube. Hotel itself was lovely, very modern with really helpful staff. Room was lovely with a king sized bed and a wet room like shower/toilet. Room has a large TV with a docking speaker, handy for iPods (I was delighted as it ment we could play Xmas music!) plus a mini...

Lovely hotel enjoyed the stay close to the tube,
Had a room upgrade as not to keep us waiting when we got there, Staff very friendly and helpful, only minor point took a few mins to sort out the lift as you had to put room card in to make it move
Food excellent ,Marco Pieer White restaurant

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of London Bridge is a gem of a boutique hotel, The Lalit. The old school has been transformed into fabulous high ceilinged bedrooms and a must see dining room: the restoration has done this building proud. On a boiling hot and sticky day in London the accommodation provided an oasis of calm, noise free and air conditioned. I loved it.

Was a lovely experience from the moment we walked in the door. Nothing was to much trouble. The room was lush, and totally in fitting with the rest of the hotel.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Stunning Town Hall conversion off the main road in Bethnal Green. I booked it for my Fathers 70th Birthday & it was the perfect place, spacious, quite, clean and full of little luxuries and character.

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place.
The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. But they were never hanging around us.

We walked in and the first thing we saw was a smile, from then until the end of our stay people were smiling, staff and guests alike. What a wonderful experience made all the better by the best set of employees I have ever come across. Thank you so much.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and opulent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Glass of champagne on arrival which was delicious and special pastries and fruit to celebrate our anniversary. The only downside was the discretionary service charge which seemed rather steep on checking out.

We stayed for the theatre. It was really great for location with everything within walking distance. Room was lovely and clean and shower hot. Good bar downstairs with comfortable seating to relax

From check in to check out the service was excellent. The lady on reception was a little stressed as I think it had been a busy morning. We left our bags as we arrived early. We had booked for 2 nights but under separate bookings. On check in the lady was very helpful and for an additional £10 we were able to keep the same room for both nights. The room is one of the best we’ve stayed in at Malmaison as it was in a quiet area and we didn’t hear anything. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice....

We were put in the smallest and most claustrophobic room I have ever stayed in which was very disappointing. It had dark wood panelling and slopped walls and was overall very dark and dreary. The bathroom was nice but small. The over the top high techness was so annoying we were using our iPhone's light to go to the toilet in the middle of the night as we couldn't get the lights to work and the TV on an electric swivel constantly moved to face away from our bed. Apart from the bed it wasn't a...
