"The Hotel is a Historic site to see and stay"

"Heritage Inn and Suites is conveniently located close to the airport and the major thoroughfares thru San Antonio. Our room was very clean when we arrived. We made our own bed, since we don't like the tugged in corners. Somehow that was interpreted as no service. We had to track down towels, cups and coffee for 5 out of the 6 days we stayed there. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked, and the weekday staff person was very friendly and gave us some great sightseeing suggestions. The weekend person was overwhelmed by the number of guests. There is absolutely no curb appeal. Weeds are growing around the property and the pool area. The pool itself was clean, and towels were available to the guests. I would stay there again."

Awesome, easy access and close walking distance to the Alamo and River Walk, and River Center shopping mall, nice complimentary breakfast with good assortment of food and drink items. Competitive prices and ample rooms. Comfortable beds and full furnished kitchen and real size appliances. Surpassed my expectations."

"The staff is great and very attentive. If there is a concern, they addressed it immediately. The valet crew is wonderful! The hotel needs some attention. The rooms are nice but very outdated. We had a city view, I would recommend the pool view. The hotel just needs some attention and repairs. The wonderful staff is the reason this hotel gets good reviews. "

"Breakfast (which was minimal) was across the street, as there were 2 separate buildings. In addition, there was a per day charge for parking of $16. The bed was comfortable and the plumbing worked, but the building looked unkempt. Needs an upgrade compared to other Days Inn I've stayed at."
