The stay was quite comfortable and I would definetely like to come back to Park Plaza in future. The food was excellent staff was courteous and the room was very comfortable.

Very beautiful hotel with a very warm welcoming staff. I stayed with my 4 yr old daughter. They looked after her need very well. Food was prepared as per my request and was promptly served by in- room dinning. From cleanisiness , toiletry, beddings to food, everything was reflecting it's high standard. Hotel Manager had given us a room with airport view so that my daughter can enjoy her stay in hotel. All sevices were very prompt and efficient. I could clearly compare the difference from...

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. Remarkable service all round & quick mention to Kushi on the front desk. (#apple 27/05)

Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. This is a luxurious hotel which I can thoroughly recommend

Great hotel and so welcoming when you walk in. Only wish the gluten free offerings could be improved for breakfast. On a positive was great to have gluten free spaghetti for dinner one evening. Overall the stay was fantastic and very close to the airpor.

I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday. They really provided exceptional service. The hotel has lovely ambiance, being turn of the century and the room was spacious and well equipped. They also provided free train passes for the...

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

Service was a bit slow .. but it was nice. Overall experience was good.

Great experience.
