The staff was stellar. Rajat and his peers who manage the check-in and front desk processes were attentive, went out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant and helped me with every ask / request I had. I highly recommend the DT Hilton in Sector 56, Gurgaon. A compact hotel with great service, stellar staff and a great location.

Good location and amenities. However terrible service on numerous occasions over a 5 day stay. Delays/ repeat follow ups needed for all asks including during medical emergency. Most likely hotel is under staffed and staff not incentivised to focus on stay experience

The hotel is centrally located. The luxury suite was well appointed. Bathroom was one of the nicest I have ever seen. The food was excellent and we had lots of it. Service was just the right level!
