"This is a beautiful hotel located on Piazza Santa Maria Novella. The room was very nice and quiet. The staff were excellent. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast fast was also excellent with plenty of choices and good coffee!"

"So this little hotel is in a very busy area - simply trying to walk down the street with your luggage feels like you’re navigating an obstacle course. At 2 am we were watching from our balcony the drunk people down on the street (very amusing). That being said, it’s in a very convenient location if you’re there to see the sights of Florence. We were able to walk to almost everything. The furthest away point of interest in our itinerary was probably the Piazzale de Michelangelo where people go to watch the sunset. The staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar served as a lovely way to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a long day of walking and sightseeing. And the breakfast is so good! For the price you really can’t go wrong here! "

"This was a perfect place to stay! It is close to the train station as well as the bus station where many tours to nearby Pisa and Tuscan wineries depart. Additionally, a special shout out to the kind and honest staff of this particular hotel. My wife had forgotten her new personalized Gucci bag in our room when we checked out. Housekeeping turned it in and the front desk went above and beyond to contact us and return her bag. Thank you so much! "
