"This is the best resort we have ever stayed at. The staff are extraordinarily friendly, the breakfast buffet is delicious and varied, there is world class snorkeling right off the resort's beach, and a gorgeous infinty pool and a tranquility pool to relax in. Staff wil deliver food and drinks anywhere you ask them to. Don't miss the delicious and creative cocktails at Le Cap, especially the frozen ones with local mezcal. This is the third time in three years we have visited, and we will go back again."

"Fantastic stay at Devossion, highly recommend!!! Service was all-around 5 stars. Food was exceptional at every restaurant. Only downside was the beach. Not as nice as Cancun but they make up for it with the numerous infinity pools. Rooms are modern, spacious and super clean. Atmosphere is calm and not overcrowded like most all inclusive hotels. Not the typical “americanized” hotel experience. We really felt an authentic mexican vibe (mexican owned hotel👌). Special shoutout to the pool service by Geraldo; entertainment and fitness by Melanie, Ana and Marlon; lobby bar service by Roberto 👏"

"The hotel is very lovely, and the staff are very friendly; however, there are a few details that need improvement. The coffee shop does not exist and alcohol selection is limited depending on your status, despite being advertised as all inclusive— which is unfair and misleading. The Kids' Club for small children should be open in the morning rather than from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, as that is typically naptime for young children. The person who created this schedule likely does not have children of their own. The meals were very tasty, and the rooms were very comfortable. The beach, however, was quite unsightly due to the seaweed, and even unusable on some of the days. Aside from the mountains of seaweed at the waterfront, the beach is incredibly rocky. There is also no drink or food service on the beach, which was an inconvenience."

"This is the second time we have been here. It is a beautiful resort. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Their restaurants have amazing food. It is a quiet resort. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of music at the pool. They only had it during a water workout class. They had it playing at the one pool, but it was so low no one could hear it. If you want a lounge chair by the pool, you do need to get there pretty early, or it's difficult to find one. We really enjoyed the swim out pool connected to our room. But there was a musty smell in our room and surrounding the property. I'm sure it's difficult to get rid of the smell with the swim out pools being right by the room . They did a great job cleaning up the sargasm seaweed along the beach every day. Unfortunately, the last day of our visit it came in so quickly they were unable to keep up with it. Matteo and Roberto were extremely friendly and always had a refill of our favorite drink!"
