All the staff were great! Only staff issue was with pool bartender, Leonardo, who needs some customer service training. Rooms were clean, restaurant was fabulous, very peaceful by the pool. Casa Natalia Boutique Hotel
We really enjoyed this lovely hotel. We enjoyed the balcony with the hammock . The bed was comfy and food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff was so welcoming and attentive one of the best places we have stayed in Mexico.

Excellent food for an all inclusive. Garden view rooms are nice and quiet if you’re looking to escape the noise of the Santa Fe. Would consider returning to this property.
