"My wife and I were extremely happy with this very pretty hotel. It’s small, but laid out in a very economical way. The Thai motif was fantastic. Love the beach and the food was great. Nothing I had read in negative reviews about this property was true. Said it was noisy, we did not find it so. The beach was great for relaxing and was beautiful. The staff were also fantastic. Friendly and helpful. We will stay here again in Koh Samui for sure."

"We stayed at Briza villa 801 with swimming pool from 28 February to 5 March. The same villa we had last time we were here on Koh Samui. Nice location with its own pool and sea view. But unfortunately we note that the place is falling apart with poor maintenance, missing tiles and missing grout in the pool. So the entire hotel should be renovated to get the standard that the place deserves. The breakfast is unfortunately at the same poor level as last time when it comes to the selection of spreads and the lack of refrigeration of all the dishes with different products that were on display."

"Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing regarding a recent stay booked through Expedia. The room we received did not match the photo and description shown on your website. The image presented was a key factor in our booking decision, and the actual room was clearly different. The hotel agreed to move us to a room that matched what was advertised, but required an additional payment of 2,000 THB per night. As we had already paid for the room as presented online, we had no reasonable alternative and paid an extra 8,000 THB for 4 nights. The hotel manager advised me to contact Expedia directly, as the discrepancy relates to how the room was displayed on your platform. As a loyal Expedia customer, I kindly request reimbursement of the additional 8,000 THB. I would appreciate your prompt review and resolution of this matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance. "Fantastic traditional room/cottage - grand room - GB4. Seconds to the beach which was fantastic. Room super clean. Pool lovely. Beach was stunning. Area is lovely but you are hidden from it if you want to be. Only criticism is the beach club next door booking out music at various times. It wouldn’t stop me from going again."
