Mr. Ping made sure to coordinate anything we needed on the island (taxi, excursions, restaurants, event tickets, etc) and even drove us to the ferry port himself when we were making bad timing. "The vibes of the hotel and room were modern and colourful. Very friendly staff too. Deco in the room was colourful, though there wasn't a bathtub. Hotel was right by the beach, but slightly away from the main stretch of Chaweng beach, which makes it quiet but walkable. Definitely be back the next time I'm in Samui. "
