"A really nice hotel, a little bit away from the hustle and bustle but that suites me. Lovely beach and pool areas. Restaurants were good quality but the food and drinks prices were crazy once you add in the tax and service. Maybe a bit of entertainment in the evenings is something the hotel is missing. Gym was not air conditioned rendering it unusable. All the staff were lovely and well trained. Overall great experience."

"Views were scenic from the room, upgrade towels without holes not enough lawn chairs. Furniture missing cushions, premises feel very old. The staff was friendly and helpful "

"Unfortunately we cut our stay short and left. While the hotel refunded without problem the room we had had intermittent hot water, Aircon that was so loud we couldn’t sleep and an external light that glared in the room. We need to add that the beach is tiny and very little room and the pool had towel placing and missing guest meaning no beds. The staff while polite were not very helpful or attentive."

"Thank you Melon (Tangmo) for helping us in our stay. The rest of the staff are not as helpful. Breakfast is basic and cold. Beautiful room with nice view but comes with a steep, uneven steps with no shops near by. Taxi advisable for all travel."

"The bathroom was the nicest, most modern looking part of the room, while the rest of the room had a slightly run down appearance. While airport transfer (airport to hotel) was successfully arranged and went smoothly, it appeared that despite prior communication, the trip back to the airport was not arranged until we confirmed with them in person. One bonus, however, is the pool with ocean view and their good rates for laundry."
