"We arranged airport transfers with Fair house to collect us from the airport. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign and taken straight to the hotel. Our check in experience was very pleasant and we were taken to our room via golf cart. We stayed just under 2 weeks and every day was exceptional. We had a Villa with private pool which was perfect and cleaned daily. The room and bathroom are very spacious and the mini bar was very well priced. The hotel itself is in an amazing setting and location on the beach. The pool bar is swim up on all sides and the restaurant is excellent. My wife visited the spa a few times and had an excellent experience. There is also a well kitted out Gym with amazing views. The breakfast is a buffet style with an made to order egg station and the option to order porridge and eggs benedict etc. Our host "Boss" was amazing. He welcomed us every morning and helped arrange a tour to Pig island as well as treat us to a complimentary meal as we were considered long stay guests. All the staff at Fair House Villas are so nice, polite and welcoming. Thank you to Fair House Villas and all the staff for a wonderful and memorable stay. "

"Excellent hotel, friendly staff, good food, beach is rather narrow cause a lot of rocky area."

"We really enjoyed this resort, one of the best resort on this beach. Staffe are all very well trained with fresh uniforms (all look clean and ironed) beach and lounge chairs are always been cleaned and in shade ( under trees). Breakfast is awesome even when we checked out at 5:00am in the early morning, they’ve prepared breakfast set in a beautiful box for each of us to go. Staffs are all very polite and kinds. Pool in between two buildings is very pretty and clean and looks awesome at night with its led lights. Some people are very party modes and with no manners of noise controlling, talking so loud even at 2 or 3 o’clock in the morning that we had needed to call front desk for help. If we visit Koh Samui again we’ll definitely come back here. Strongly recommended this resort."

"Room cleaned daily by the nicest staff there is! They are hard working and feel like family. The rooms are spotless and have a beach bungalow feel. Beautiful garden setting and very nice beachside pool. Restaurant serves excellent food . If in Samui this is where I stay. Peaceful and on the beach."

"Fantastic one week stay in Regent beach hotel! Was initially a bit sceptic about the conditions of the rooms as its not the 5 star hotel I am used to as the rooms are a bit outdated. However, absolutely loved the stay and could not have been bothered the least about the rooms being a bit outdated as everything else was spectacular! The pools are wonderful, the beach is very nice and well maintained, the breakfast is delicious and above everything else- the staff is beyond wonderful, sweet and helpful! The front desk staff are amazing, housekeeping ladies very sweet and meticulous and the poolbar/ restaurant staff amazing! Lee, tek, may,wee, tango,palin joy, guy and could go on! We spent most of the days around the pool and restaurant are hence these guys really made such an impact! Without any doubt would chose this hotel again and recommend to anyone going to Koh Samui!!
