"They advertise a heated pool, there is no pool. It looks like its been under construction for years. Toilet did not flush, when I asked for it to be fixed, I received push back from the staff. Urine should not be able to clog a toilet; they finally fixed it. TV was full of static. bathroom door did not close. Elevator was never swept, if you have dust allergies do not enter the elevator. Fire alarm going off for no reason, had to evacuate and made us late for our show. "

"Been coming here now a few years and it’s been steadily declining. This has typically been our go to property in the City but I feel like it may be our last. Location is great but service has really taken a dip. As a “VIP” guest(because of our status with Hotels.com) we used to be welcomed with cookies, waters, and food vouchers for the restaurant. That went away with the nice gestures but it didn’t bother me but this last trip was not a very welcoming one. I had my wife check in while I parked in a nearby parking garage. She said the front desk employee wasn’t very nice. Once I met my family in the room I immediately noticed that it was the wrong room. I had booked a specific suite and that wasn’t it. I go downstairs to ask about it and the gentleman kept telling me that it was correct(even though I had pictures of the room that I booked). I told him I wasn’t in the mood to argue with him as my family and I were hungry and on the way out to have dinner. We just went with the flow and tried to enjoy our time there but it just wasn’t the same because we were so used to the suite we always get. Unfortunate that we’ll have to find another property to stay out for our future trips to the City. "

"Everything we did was within walking distance from the Hotel, the Pier, the Restaurants, the Shopping and the Shows. It was great to walk to everywhere in great weather conditions, not having to drive deal with traffic or parking. "

"Good proximity to shopping and transportation, Staff was helpful. my room was on the sixth floor. the noise was pretty awful. I didn't sleep very well. Sirens, screams trucks motorcycles roaring up Bush Street. "
