"My hubby & I went for a 6 day vacay in Chicago. We stayed on the 15th floor. No view accept for the building across from us. The room accommodations were nice. Only thing missing was a ice bucket / ice, We were told we had to go to the bar to get ice. The hubby did that and they handed it to him in a plastic bag , which you know melted rather quickly. The 27 th floor Roof Top Restaurant was great. Beautiful view . Love the see through floor and the food was tasty . The daily breakfast was also filling and tasty , just wish they had an omelette station. Great location. Centrally located where you can walk a few feet to Magificant Mile . A brisk 15 min walk will get you to Navy Pier and a 15-20 minute walk to the Riverwalk. Parking is very expensive . Overall we loved the location & accommodations ."

"Lobby was nice but could have been kept a little cleaner (we walked in and there was trash on the floor but the lobby clerks were just standing there talking). Clerk did not want to check us in and then text or call us when room was ready- like they do at most hotels. After much convincing, she finally did. No one ever contacted us about the room being ready though. We had to contact them. Common areas were a little beat up (more so than luxury hotels)-scratches in walls and wallpaper, floors were messy. Room was comfortable and clean but doors were beat up and need refinishing. Scratches on walls and wallpaper. Bathroom pocket door was broken with a strange type of quick fix repair. It was a pain to use! Room was spacious. Bedding was relatively comfortable but housekeeping made the bed strange so the covers kept pulling up at the end, leaving feet uncovered, uncomfortable…. View was nice of the river. Gym was small but nicely equipped. The hotel staff just needs to be a little more professional, and the rooms need better upkeep for this hotel to be considered more luxurious and to be rated higher."

"Staff was very nice and friendly.The front lobby looked updated, but the rooms were older looking with the carpet seeming dirty. The beds were clean, but old mattresses that I could feel the springs."

"Was fine for a two night stay. Probably wouldn’t have booked if I had known the bathroom door was see through though. Not everyone is staying alone or sharing a room with someone they are comfortable with seeing almost everything through the door. So would not book again."

"The hotel was great and in a perfect spot to everything in walking distance, the only issue was my key kept not working for the room but they did gladly switched it out for a new one."
