"The hotel was good but anytime I talked with the front desk it seemed more like they wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible I have also never known a hotel restaurant to be closed on weekends. When I checked with the staff they told me that I should have known as it was on the website and when I asked them what the closest place to get food was I was told I could walk in any direction and find a bar. (according to the staff there are no restaurants in the area but if you walk left on the main road there is a Wendy's and a Tim's)"

"The room was spotless and large. A very well maintained and comfortable hotel. Dining was convenient and delicious. A perfect spot if needing to rest midway through an international layover at terminal 3 at Pearson - super easy to get to after clearing customs."

"The room and hotel itself was beautiful but the lack of regulation was frustrating. My stay was 4 days total with a break of one day in between. I had exams so I was unable to use the amenities in the hotel. By the time I came on Thursday the hotel was packed with children. These kids were jumping in the pool splashing everyone on deck not having a care in the world which prevented others from enjoying the pool. When complaining to the reception she essentially told me that the hotel staff have asked them to stop splashing but they wouldn’t so there was nothing that could be done. If the signs that include the rules of the pool state no splashing there should be repercussions for not following them including asking them to leave the pool if they can’t stop. For the price I paid for those 4 days I will now be going to TRU by Hilton which is half the price and down the street plus the price includes breakfast"
