"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

"I book a room with a king size bed! But I got a room with 2 single bed put together and when on the bed you move the whole bed moved anyways we checked around 6 pm as we were very tired "

"Room was very clean and spacious. Metro right infront of hotel, and many food options nearby. Many massage places at the basement of fortune tower as well! "

"The customer service was terrible and every time I requested something I felt like they could not accommodate. "

"This hotel air-con was set at 25 C permanently, and guest cannot adjust it whether it is too cold or too hot, this is strange. Please consider this fact before booking."
