"We loved our stay! The one bedroom with kitchen was perfect for our family of 4. Pool was big with enough space for everyone. Beach was gorgeous, pretty wavy/dangerous for swimming if untrained. Activities were great, workout area was great and never too busy. Restaurant was also good when we ate/drank there. We loved the ground floor room with walkout to pool area. Construction was a minor annoyance, not bad. They also had an issue with fire alarms going off at night- but did reimburse our resort fee for those days. Overall we would gladly stay again. "

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Man knocking on my door claiming he was maintenance at 11pm at night. No peephole on door to see to see who it was. I yelled through door we did not ask for maintenance. We did not feel safe. I told 3 different people who worked at property and left the next morning- no refund of nights I didn't stay. Each person I spoke to was indifferent about my concerns. I had 3 unauthorized charges of $100 on my debit card too after staying there . They took a photo copy of my card for payment. Bar on property so loud and not secure. We left and drove to Dorado to stay- skip this hotel and do the same if comfort and safety are your priorities "

"SMH, The host does not take AMEX. We had 12 days in PR, no issues but this one Host. I hope things turn around for them and wish them luck in the future. Glad we didn't stay."

"Impressive lobby and pool area. The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand. The cement around the pool is chipping and hurts to walk on. An awesome free breakfast. We ate lunch 3 times from the pool bar and had dinner 4 times in the lobby. All meals were excellent. Room was big, but slightly dated (didn't bother us). We heard no noise of other rooms. We went mainly for a nice beach and nice pools. I would go back. Good for kids and very nice to have good food at the hotel for dinner. "

"What a pathetic place it is. There was a fight in the lobby the second day and I couldn’t sleep. The bathroom flush leaked and flooded bathroom. The place is very dirty and area is not safe and notorious. Wish I did not go with the ratings and did my due diligence. "

"Clean room but shower not fully covered. when we shower water is everywhere, on toilet, on the floor, and when we walk the water is everywhere in the room. No HOT WATER at all. We have to shower in cold water. some days i didn't shower at all. staff was good in helping and everything. "
