Check in line was a joke, took over 90 minutes standing in a cattle line. The al cart restaurants were always “Full” or available after 9:00 pm and the food was poor. Everything was great. 100% recommended Only one receptionist kinda rude I don’t remember her name but the rest of the staff was great. Food amazing, drinks amazing, room was super clean, roof top food was amazing and location was perfect.

Sunset Plaza Beach Resort & Spa Pto Vallarta All Inclusive
Had to book extra days due to the civil unrest. Area was ok. One pool was empty. Some construction happening. Food was avg. not great. Was able to use an uber to get where we needed to go.
