"Ms. Candace went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay! She was very helpful and attentive to the smallest details ensuring we had everything we needed and wanted for the ultimate guest experience! The hotel ambiance was very good and the breakfast was good quality! The lady at the omelette station was not only cooking omelette to perfection but they were served within minutes of ordering. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and attentive! Antonio did a great job when answering questions and offering us information on things to do locally! Will definitely be back!

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt place. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had a great anniversary trip. They even remembered us and greeted us when we went by each morning and evening. They comped our breakfast buffets when our room got changed at checkin and gave us a bigger room.
