Some staff was very friendly and helpful while others were rude and about as helpful as a poopsicle. Overall a nice stay and would consider visiting again. "

"Do not stay here if you are not staying in the new tower. They only cater to those staying in the tower. The other rooms are run down and smell really bad, broken phones, nails exposed, broken hooks etc etc... Some staff members do not know what customers service is need to learn how to smile more. There's bugs in the old rooms, staff aware and nothing is done. House keeping says they will come clean and never show up. Don't bother with the front desk they will not try to make you stay better. "
