"Don’t book here. The beds are horrible and squeak every time you move. They also don’t have irons in the rooms, which was very inconvenient. Every day there were people outside our room smoking, which made the stay uncomfortable, and the smell came into our room. On the day we checked out, a housekeeping staff member opened our room door at 10:40 a.m. to tell us that checkout was at 11:00 a.m., which we already knew when we booked the room. That was extremely unprofessional because she did not knock first and did not know whether we were dressed or not. I would never go back."

"Clean room but could use an update. Amenities were great. The shuttle was the best part. Free shuttle to Universal and we got there before the park opened. There was breakfast for a fee but we did not try it. There was a little convenience store for grab and go items but a little expensive. They had a restaurant where we got togo food one night which was pretty good. Staff was great! Will be staying here again!"

"We were at the Hilton during a golf tournament and were unable to take advantage of the offered amenities. However on our next trip I will extend our time. The 2 bedroom room was so well maintained and suited our families needs. We all slept well and felt ready for each tournament day. We were all extremely pleased!"
