Location is perfect for the big tourist sites. Lots of new nice restaurants opening near by. But what really made our stay was the welcome from the friendly, helpful staff. Oh, the food is lovely and good value.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel, with lovely staff. Pool area great for relaxing with view of river. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable and sparklingly clean. Great location as within 5/10 mins walk of the bustling Khao San Road area, with lots of stall, shops, bar and restaurants. Easy to get taxi or tuk tuk to other areas at a very small cost. Great location to stay. Would definitely recommend as the hotel is a luxurious oasis to retreat to after a hard days sightseeing!

Room was big and clean. Drinks in fridge and water provided daily. Staff are so helpful, giving advice and enabling us to make the most of our short time in Bangkok, nothing too much trouble. Big shout out to Zack, Cara and Yen for all their help, showing professionalism, kindness and friendliness. Doorman brought all luggage in and took to the room. Pool although small was lovely and cold, just what you need in this super hot weather.

We loved Aurum. The staff were really helpful with our queries (we needed to find some specific things for a wedding and they were spot on lending assistance to Farang in need). The location is perfect for pretty much everything - walking distance to the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, plenty of taxis for further afield. River view is highly recommended. Breakfast outside was lovely, loads of choice and delicious (and good portions). Really restful location. Would stay there again.
