"Easy to get to from the airport with public transport and airport transport bus. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and housekeeping was friendly."

"This hotel is a little off the beaten track for me as I normally stay close to Fitzrovia in London. However, I wanted a hotel with a gym / pool, and this was situated an easy walk away from Westbourne Park underground station (a few stops on from Great Portland Street station). And what a pleasant surprise I had. This is a funky, fresh hotel with brilliant facilities. My room was a great size and included a small kitchen. The air con in my room was excellent and the gym is good enough for a solid workout. Added to this was a cinema room and pool (neither of which I used) and a fabulous canal side restaurant (the rolled lamb belly was unbelievable). This was all topped off by EVERY single member of staff being kind and considerate. If you want a hotel that is a corporate chain - this is not for you. If you want great facilities in a relaxed, non pretentious atmosphere, this is worth a go."

"Had a room booked for two nights. One booked through a cruise group and one booked by us. On checking we were told we woyld have to move rooms. We had to vacate the room we were in by 12.00pm but unable to get into the new room until 3.00pm. I was unable to have a shower in the first room as the water was either boiling hot (as in, couldn't even hold your hand under it) or literallt no water at all. Same situation worthy the handbasin so I had to clean my teeth with bottles water. They didn't seem to care when advised. For the price of this place i had much higher expectations. I have since lowered them and if you choose to say here, I strongly suggest you do too"
