"Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing. It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy. Other than that, no notes! "

Only complaint very little storage in the room for clothes and basically lived out of the suitcase. Still highly recommended! "

"It started with a great welcome. A lovely safe and comfortable stay. Great location with good restaurants etc in the heart of the canal district. 10 mins walk from the station. A great base to explore from. I’d definitely recommend for any couple and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Great host & great location. "

"Excellent hotel in prime location! Free bikes so you can explore more! Staff is super friendly gave me a little note and chocolate as well as a late check out so this was much appreciated as I had a late flight. We also had drinks at the Lyan bar which has funky vibes and great cocktails. There is also social hour from 4-5p with free wine or beer. It seems to be a popular place and was fully booked but staff did not seem rushed-they were kind to everyone! Will defo be back !"
