"The hotel was located in a very busy market area and only accessible by walking. The room we were put into did not have air conditioning and was quite musty smelling. The bathroom was not well maintained and in fact dirty with a leak from the ceiling and the hose next to the toliet. I saw cockroaches in the bathroom and a mouse running through the lobby. We were scheduled to stay 3 nights but we left after the second morning. "

"Just stayed the one night, having arrived in the early hours before catching the train the next day. Perfect location for train station, just up a side street, lovely staff, clean comfy room. One tip - you might end up with a room on the train station side, you'll need earplugs as the train announcements go on constantly."

"NIGHTMARE. In every way. Dirty, LOUD, uncomfortable, unsafe area. Room was dirty, no hot water, uncomfortable dirty linen bed, pathetic pillows. No dark-out drapes as advertised. Ceiling had a pulsing LED light throughout the night and loud ceiling fan. Room door key fob was broken to put key in room wall slot to start electricity, they told me to use a breaker box with switches on hallway wall to turn room power on. VERY old and beat/up building with ZERO quiet. Staff and their friends...
